Training your teams in AI is no longer a question in 2026; the real question is how to avoid training that changes nothing. A ChatGPT demo day, generic support, and three months later the tool is no longer open. Between the catalogues of major organisations, bootcamps, 'grandes écoles' (elite universities), and generative AI specialists that have emerged since 2023, the offering has multiplied, and the differences in method as well as price are considerable.
Here is our 2026 selection of the ten key organisations in France for training leaders, business teams or developers in generative AI and agents.
Our selection criteria
To feature in this Top 10, an organisation must meet:
A dedicated and up-to-date AI offering: generative AI, agents, market tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or Le Chat.
Formats designed for businesses: in-company, bespoke, programmes for leaders or for technical teams.
A Qualiopi certification or a recognised accreditation, which opens access to funding.
Published programmes and prices, or verifiable client references.
A measurement of results: satisfaction, usage after training, certification.
Sessions and contacts in France.
Ranking compiled by Galadrim. We feature in our own selection by applying the six public criteria above. Public prices recorded in November 2026.

Why it features in this ranking: Galadrim's trainers design and operate over 150 AI solutions for clients themselves: exercises are based on the company's tools, data, and use cases, not generic material. Measured result: an average NPS of 86/100 on its training courses, and sustained usage over time, as at SNCF. Galadrim trains teams of four or more people: no inter-company sessions in the catalogue for an isolated employee.
2. Cegos
The historical generalist in professional training, breaking down AI profession by profession.
Year founded : 1926, in Paris.
Size : 1,500 staff and over 3,000 partner consultants for the group; 250,000 people trained annually worldwide.
Headquarters : Issy-les-Moulineaux.
AI training offer: 100 AI training courses in 2026, compared to 50 in 2025, organised into four areas: discovering AI, professional effectiveness, AI by profession (HR, finance, purchasing, supply chain, sales, communication), no-code and project management. Modules from 3 hours to 2 days on ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Le Chat de Mistral, in person or in a remote class, inter-company or in-company.

Public prices: « Using AI to develop efficiency and productivity at work »: 990 € ex-VAT per day for inter-company, 2 690 € ex-VAT for in-company for up to 12 people, trainer's fees extra.
Why it features in this ranking: A catalogue covering almost all company functions, and inter-company sessions to train one or two people at a time. Developers and technical teams fall under another entity of the group, ib Cegos: a mixed team will have to refer to two catalogues.
3. ORSYS
The broadest AI catalogue on the market, from office automation to the IT department and governance.

Key clients : Michelin, La Poste, Air France, SNCF, all training courses combined.
Why it features in this ranking: The only catalogue in the selection that goes from getting started with Copilot to ISO 42001 certification, including Claude Code: an IT department finds almost everything there. The downside of volume: overlapping titles, and a choice that requires the help of an advisor.
4. HEC Paris Executive Education
The leading business school, for executives who need to drive AI-powered transformation.

Why it features in this ranking: The legitimacy of a leading school with executive committees, and programmes focused on strategy, governance and management. The price per participant is high, sessions are few and held on campus, and hands-on use of market tools is not the objective.

Key clients : Stellantis (over 1,800 employees trained in 15 months), Société Générale, Engie, Bain & Company, Pierre Fabre, IKEA.
Why it features in this ranking: The bootcamp method, intensive and cohort-based, applied to upskilling employees, with quantified corporate references. The published corporate catalogue mainly focuses on data and BI, AI at Work requires a B2 level of English, and long bootcamps are still designed for career changes.

Key clients : Sanofi, Atos, Carrefour, EDF, AXA, La Poste, Orange, all training courses combined.
Why it features in this ranking: One of the few catalogues that trains Copilot users as well as developers transitioning to Claude Code or Cursor. The breakdown into one-day modules by tool requires the buyer to assemble a coherent programme themselves.

Why it features in this ranking: Groups of 3 to 6 developers and precise content on the tools teams are adopting in 2026, with an average satisfaction of 4.6/5 announced since 2012. The offer targets only technical profiles: business roles and management train elsewhere.
9. DataScientest (Liora)
The remote data and AI school, with RNCP certifications and a Mines Paris - PSL certificate.
Year founded : 2017, co-founded by Yoel Tordjman. Since 2026, the Liora brand brings together DataScientest, CyberUniversity and DevUniversity.

Key clients : McDonald's (1,000 employees trained), AXA, Capgemini, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.
Why it features in this ranking: The most economical option for giving many employees access to the basics, and the most structured for training an AI engineer via an apprenticeship. No in-person workshops, nor content adapted to the company's tools and data.
Catalogue or tailor-made? For training one or two people, inter-company sessions from Cegos, ORSYS, M2i or Human Coders are the simplest. For an entire team, training built on your tools and use cases yields more real-world application: this is the format of Galadrim, Mister IA and Le Wagon's business offerings.
Who to train? Leaders need strategy, governance and decision-making: HEC Paris, ORSYS's leadership programmes or Galadrim's comex workshops. Business teams need practice on their own tasks. Developers, on the other hand, must learn to control a code agent like Claude Code or Cursor: Galadrim trains them on their own code, Human Coders and M2i offer dedicated inter-company sessions.
How to fund it? A Qualiopi certified organisation allows for coverage by the company's OPCO, according to its criteria and the company's size; the request must be made before the start of the training. The CPF primarily funds certifying training undertaken individually.
What budget should you plan for? Public rates recorded in November 2026: from €900 to €1,700 excl. VAT per person for one to two days in inter-company sessions; from €1,800 to €2,700 excl. VAT per day and per group for in-company training; from €3,100 to €6,300 for 2 to 4 days at a grande école; from €7,000 to €9,000 for a multi-month data and AI bootcamp.
The filtering question: “How many participants are still using AI in their work three months after your last training?” An organisation that only measures satisfaction at the end of the day does not know if its training was useful.
