Spoticar, a subsidiary of the Stellantis group and a European leader in used vehicles with over 3,000 points of sale, wanted to transform its digital experience through AI, but its data (stocks, technical repositories, customer reviews) remained scattered in silos. Galadrim structured the project's AI roadmap, prioritised use cases with the business teams, and is currently developing the AI components (conversational agents, RAG, visual analysis) that equip Spoticar's new digital cockpit, its network management tools, and the dealer assistant.

Facing competition from ride-hailing platforms, the Taxis Nantes cooperative embarked on modernising its ordering service. Galadrim developed a mobile booking application integrating real-time driver tracking, payment, and journey history. Clients now order from their phones, which has relieved the call centre and increased the volume of rides.

Cabinet de Caumont, a road traffic law specialist since 1984, wanted to make contesting a fine directly accessible to motorists. Galadrim designed a mobile application that reads the notice received in a photo, extracts useful information, and provides an initial diagnosis of the situation. A client area then connects the motorist with the firm's lawyers via messaging, and an administration interface allows them to track cases and invoicing.

The IT department of Groupe Delisle entrusted Galadrim with the start of its digital transformation, beginning with the two tools its teams open every day. Galadrim delivered a social network-like intranet, accessible on computer and mobile, which centralises exchanges between employees. The second tool, custom-developed, covers six group functions with detailed access rights by profile, and an AI-assisted document management system classifies documents and retrieves them on demand.

Roadstr has established itself as the leading marketplace for luxury car rentals between individuals, with a service accessible only on the web, even though most of its traffic already came from mobile. Galadrim built its iPhone and Android application, which includes the platform's key features, vehicle search, and integrated payment. Favourites and notifications then maintain a direct link with each user between two rentals.

The manufacturer's finance subsidiary, Toyota Financial Services, buys vehicles from dealerships and leases them to individuals, with a purchase option at the end of the contract. When this due date approaches, it is the dealership salesperson who offers the client a new vehicle, based solely on their own experience. Galadrim designed the tool that builds this offer and developed the predictive model that powers it: it estimates the rent the client is willing to pay, calculates the corresponding offers, and ranks them.
