Secure a filling line with autonomous vision AI, on a site disconnected from the Internet

On a Castrol drum filling line, a subsidiary of the BP group, protecting operators near the automated zone requires reliable real-time monitoring, even though the site operates entirely offline. We delivered a fully autonomous computer vision system: training a bespoke model from several hours of video and 500 annotated images, selecting specialised hardware, then on-site installation. The system detects any intrusion in real-time and alerts before an accident occurs, without any images leaving the factory.

Embed an AI into a cat feeder that recognises each animal, day and night

YOMY develops a pet food dispenser equipped with a colour and infrared camera, capable of adapting meals to the needs of each cat in the same household. The challenge lies in reliably identifying each animal, including between two very similar-looking cats and in the dark. We trained three vision models, including an identification system designed for the most difficult cases, then embedded them into the robot after a phase of hardware sizing and real-world inference tests.

Develop the mobile application that remotely controls the first connected electrical panel

Oghji designs the first digital and connected electrical panel, equipped with a touchscreen, which allows users to configure circuits, monitor consumption, and detect anomalies at the scale of a dwelling or building. We developed the mobile application that extends this panel remotely: it replicates its control screen and consumption statistics, updated in real-time, and alerts the user via notification in case of an anomaly. Pairing a phone requires the user's physical presence in front of the panel, to ensure control of the installation remains in their hands.

Configure carton placement on pallets from a simple browser

Unista designs robotic packaging lines, including palletising machines that automatically place cartons on pallets. Their configuration previously used software installed on client computers, which was difficult to use and cumbersome to deploy. We replaced it with a web application where Unista's clients create their pallet models, either letting the tool automatically distribute the cartons or placing them themselves, then export the result directly usable by the machines. An administration interface allows Unista teams to manage access and monitor created models.
