From your first day, you are accompanied by an experienced team member. Neither a direct manager nor an evaluator, your mentor is there to facilitate your integration, answer your technical questions, and guide you in your career choices.

Through regular weekly meetings and cross code reviews, this continuous exchange allows you to quickly develop your skills and calmly understand our quality standards.

A culture of feedback

Capitalisation on delivered projects is an integral part of the team's functioning. Experience sharing is structured around several regular sessions.

  1. Weekly project review

    Each week, a recently delivered project is the subject of a feedback session presented by a Product Manager and Software Engineer pair. Business challenges, architectural decisions, difficulties encountered, and solutions adopted are collectively analysed, so that the lessons learned from one mission benefit all teams.

  2. Monthly team meeting

    Technology watch, feedback, and in-depth discussions. A time dedicated to stepping back, gathering field insights, and collectively exploring ideas.

  3. Quarterly reviews

    Every quarter, an individual meeting allows us to evaluate progression, identify areas for development, and set objectives for the following quarter.

  4. Performance review

    Each year, a performance review is conducted based on feedback from employees and managers. It relies on a skills matrix specific to each role, combining hard skills and soft skills, to ensure objective, transparent, and personalised monitoring.

Laura Sinthe started at Galadrim as a Product Manager, then Senior Product Manager, and is now CEO of Puncto, a payroll software launched within Galadrim.

Robin Baraud Nantes Hub Director
Developer, then Tech Lead, Robin Baraud then founded Galadrim's Nantes hub, which he still directs and which employs about fifteen people.

How we train in AI

Artificial intelligence drastically reduces the cost of software. Development projects become more profitable, so global demand increases. Everyone produces much more, focusing on high-level tasks: understanding client challenges, designing systems, aligning objectives and results. Our conviction: AI enables us to undertake more ambitious projects and deliver unparalleled ROI to our clients.

Everyone chooses their tools and subscription: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Figma Make... Our engineers use them to build workflows that accelerate delivery without losing control of the code, our PMs to generate acceptance criteria, our designers to produce initial drafts that they then develop further.

Feedback sessions on AI workflows

In each team, at least one session per month is dedicated to a team member's feedback on an AI tool or workflow. Dedicated Slack channels continuously circulate intelligence on new models and products.

Possible progression towards the role of trainer

Beyond internal training, we also deliver AI training to our clients. Team members most interested in the subject can thus take on an additional role, that of an external trainer.
