How our part-time CTO accelerates your roadmap

Technical diagnosis

Technical diagnosis

Our engineers examine your code and architecture, as well as the organisation and costs that support them. You receive a written assessment, risks classified by severity, and a costed action plan. The deliverable belongs to you and remains usable by any service provider.

Ideal if a committing decision awaits you and you want an independent review before making a pronouncement.

Recurring technical directorship

Recurring technical directorship

A senior Technical Director intervenes a few days a month in your company. They arbitrate your architecture choices, manage your developers and service providers, and take charge of your technical recruitments. The number of days increases during a structuring project, then returns to the monthly rhythm once the service has been put into operation.

Ideal if your digital tools are critical and no technical directorship arbitrates them today.

[Our method]

Our method for establishing your technical directorship

  • Scope
    Step 01

    Framing

We define with you the scope of decision entrusted to your Technical Director, the projects for the year, and the monthly intervention volume.
  • Audit
    Step 02

    Initial diagnosis

Your Technical Director examines your code, architecture, and operating costs, then submits a twelve-month costed action plan.
  • Trajectory
    Step 03

    Roadmap

They review current commitments with your teams and service providers, and set the technical requirements expected for deliveries, so that each quarter opens with priorities agreed with you.
  • Arbitration
    Step 04

    Management

They arbitrate architecture choices, review deliveries, and participate in your technical recruitments, then follow up with you in a regular committee.
  • Transmission
    Step 05

    Handover

They define the role of your future in-house Technical Director, evaluate candidates, and organise the handover of the architecture and ongoing contracts.
