[Challenges in your sector]

Your tech, data, and product challenges

Field use and mobility

Field use and mobility

During periods of intense activity, operations must be recorded directly on the plot, with limited network coverage. If the tool requires too many manipulations or needs an internet connection, tracking is postponed and plot monitoring loses accuracy.
Enhancing your agronomic data

Enhancing your agronomic data

Your data currently remains siloed between sensor readings, PDF sheets, and manual notes. Making it directly usable by your technicians and farm managers means being able to query this entire history in natural language, without involving a data analyst.
Traceability and compliance of your batches

Traceability and compliance of your batches

In the event of a check or client audit, proving compliance with doses and treatment windows demands absolute rigor. Only monitoring capable of linking and timestamping each operation to its harvest batch allows for the presentation of an impeccable plot register and secures your certifications.
Anticipating your campaigns

Anticipating your campaigns

Your route, supply, and harvest decisions are made within short windows, under meteorological and sanitary uncertainty. When gathered over time, your past data paves the way for forecasting models, both for yields and pest pressure.

AGRI-SUPPLIESDe Sangosse

Calibrate phytosanitary treatment based on a real slug count

De Sangosse, a major player in agri-supply, wanted its farmers to calibrate their phytosanitary treatments based on field readings. Galadrim evolved the Limacapt mobile application, connected via IoT to a smart sensor deployed in the fields, which detects and counts slugs then transmits its readings in real-time. The application analyses this data and recommends the appropriate treatment, allowing for rationalised interventions and containing the cost of inputs.

SEED RESEARCHSecobra Recherches

Query complex agronomic data in plain language

Secobra Recherches supports its variety selection work with large volumes of agronomic, genetic, meteorological, and commercial data, previously reserved for those who knew how to query the databases. Galadrim designed an interface that responds in plain language using this internal data and public sources. The R&D and commercial teams obtain answers, tables, and graphs autonomously, without leaving the security framework defined with Secobra.

WINE TRADINGFilips Wine

Automatically analyse
the offers from vineyards

Filips Wine, a French international fine wine trading house, received supplier offers by email in highly varied formats, which a buyer then re-entered one by one into a comparison file. Galadrim developed Brainy, an application that reads these documents, extracts the domain, vintage, region, and price, then automatically compares them to the company's database. Buyers import an offer and identify in a few seconds those that present an interesting margin.

SEED PRODUCTIONTechnisem

Manage seed production
in a single business software

Technisem produces and distributes vegetable seeds adapted to tropical climates. Galadrim produced its new business software, which brings together its production, purchasing, and quality control operations, replacing its historical tool. Teams scan the QR code of a batch at each processing stage, which timestamps its journey and updates stock levels.

LIVESTOCK AND MEATInterbev

Informing the entire livestock and meat sector from a mobile app

Interbev is the interprofessional organisation for livestock and meat, bringing together professionals from breeding and processing. Galadrim designed and developed its mobile application, to which an AI assistant has been added, responding based on official industry documentation and citing its sources. Professionals follow industry alerts from their phones, and breeders consult their slaughter data.

Some frequently asked questions from our clients

Yes. We design mobile applications usable outdoors, with offline mode, synchronisation upon reconnection, and ergonomics adapted for rapid input. The Limacapt application thus works directly in the field, connected to a sensor.
Yes. We take over tools already in production, including without an API, and evolve them through successive improvements, deployed without interruption for your users.
Yes. We connect applications to IoT sensors, particularly for the automatic counting of pests in fields, and we integrate OCR, LLM, Computer Vision, and predictive models into the analysis of your documents and data.
The total duration of a complete application design and development project is variable, but generally between 2 and 5 months. We deliver in short iterations: a first usable version in a few weeks, followed by regular deployments.
No. You own the application's source code. We also guarantee reversibility: your teams or a third party can take over the solution at any time, and we support the transfer of skills.
