Cyrus Herez, a key player in wealth management and financial investment advice, wanted to allow its clients to manage their portfolios themselves. Their data was then spread across several systems. Galadrim developed a client area that visualises investment distribution, manages electronic document signatures, and tracks the progress of each case, by aggregating data via Cyrus Herez's internal API and the Powens open finance platform.

Stancer, a payment solution from the Iliad group, wanted to give its merchants mobile access to their payment collection activity, which was previously only accessible via the terminal or API. Galadrim developed a mobile application that allows generating payment links and visualising all received payments. Merchants track their collections from their phone, with funds directed to the company's bank account.

La Financière de l’Échiquier, an asset management company within the La Banque Postale group, already offered its clients access to track their investments via a web interface. It wanted to provide the mobile equivalent, with strengthened authentication. Galadrim designed and developed the iOS and Android application that provides access to the portfolio, management and tax documents, and the client profile. The connection relies on the existing SSO and then on biometrics, which also serves to validate operations initiated by the manager from the CRM.

Demeter, a major private equity player dedicated to ecological transition, was studying an equity investment in CheckDPE and wanted to validate the quality of the technical assets within the operation's timeline. Galadrim mobilised two AI Engineers and a venture capital consultant to analyse the source code, infrastructure, and databases, supplemented by interviews with executives. The audit covered scalability, security, technical debt, and roadmap feasibility, with prioritised recommendations.

Praemia REIM France, an AMF-approved real estate asset management company, distributes its SCPIs and OPCIs via wealth management advisory firms and dedicated platforms. These introducers did not have a centralised space to track their activity and that of their clients. Galadrim developed a partner extranet combining an SCPI unit acquisition simulator, a comparator of distributed products, and an online subscription journey, connected by single sign-on to the Upsideo subscription platform. The entire system is deployed on a compartmentalised infrastructure meeting the security requirements of a regulated entity.

With the expansion of its loan and aid offerings, Bpifrance needed to create numerous pages to serve various business teams. Galadrim first conducted a user research phase, then designed a landing page generator based on the Strapi CMS. Each business team can publish their own pages independently thanks to a comprehensive parameter and configuration system.
