Your tech, data, and product challenges in luxury and fashion

Excellence in digital experience and brand image

Excellence in digital experience and brand image

Your website often constitutes the first point of contact with your house, just like a flagship store. Strict adherence to your artistic direction, seamless user journeys, and technical performance are essential to reflect the absolute demands of your brand even before the first purchase.
Continuity of experience between the boutique and digital

Continuity of experience between the boutique and digital

Your clients expect an impeccable level of service, whether they are browsing your application or stepping through the doors of a flagship store. The development of bespoke ecosystems allows for the synchronisation of your sales channels: online appointment booking, optimised click & collect, and digitalisation of in-store services for a truly seamless experience.
Time-to-market and enrichment of your catalogues

Time-to-market and enrichment of your catalogues

Each season demands the rapid online launch of thousands of new references that must be categorised, described, and translated without compromising on quality. The optimisation of your product data (PIM) and the automation of descriptions guarantee effective natural referencing while drastically reducing return rates.
Hyper-personalisation and clienteling through AI

Hyper-personalisation and clienteling through AI

The relationship with your clientele is enriched with each interaction, both in e-commerce and in-store, across the world. By unifying this data (CRM) and training AI models on your sales history, we make this absolute client knowledge available to your advisors for each new exchange.

LUXURY HOUSEChristian Louboutin Beauté

Recommend a fragrance or lipstick from an in-store touchscreen

Christian Louboutin Beauté, a brand of the Puig group, wanted to extend its brand universe to its department store spaces and provide a consultation tool for its sales teams. Galadrim designed and developed the application installed on point-of-sale touchscreens, featuring its fragrance and makeup questionnaires, its look gallery, and immersive videos, all functioning locally on the screen. A client answers a few questions and obtains references and looks corresponding to her profile, which the advisor then uses to suggest associated products.

PRIVATE SALESThe Bradery

Handle tens of thousands of orders in ten minutes

The Bradery, the first Shopify store to reach one million orders in France, wanted to provide its private sales with a mobile channel commensurate with its audience. Galadrim designed the iOS and Android application, with a bespoke design and a journey that links sale discovery, payment, and order tracking. Each member is notified when a sale opens, sponsors their loved ones, and orders in a matter of seconds, even when tens of thousands of buyers arrive simultaneously.

Automatically write 400,000 product sheets per year

Showroomprivé mobilised a team of thirty employees to write its product sheets, at a rate of five minutes per sheet, for a catalogue that renews with each sale. Galadrim developed a web application that generates descriptions for an entire sale, based on product characteristics and photographs. Teams review and touch up instead of writing, and put a sale online with a consistent level of detail from one reference to another.

PERFUME HOUSEM Micallef

Revamp the website of a perfume house
and open it up to four markets

M Micallef wanted an online store that was more faithful to its brand image and simpler to manage on a day-to-day basis. Galadrim designed and integrated the new e-commerce site, featuring customisation of bottles, a loyalty programme with points convertible into purchases, and affiliate management. The house now serves four geographical areas from the same platform, each with its own catalogue and rules, including a specific treatment for British customers after Brexit.

Boost online performance
of a 65-year-old family business

Marinette Saint-Tropez, a family business present in six hundred points of sale, wanted to give its online store the same prominence it already has in physical shops. Galadrim took over the website's natural referencing (SEO), from product sheets to visuals, then managed the migration to Shopify. The company's teams now publish new collections from their own back-office, and independently update their nine thousand product references.

To measure the application gesture
of a cosmetic using AI

Chanel's neuroscience department sought to understand the actual use of its products from filmed tests, with the objective of obtaining quantifiable data on how a person applies a cosmetic. Galadrim developed image recognition algorithms that track the user's head, hand, and fingers throughout the video. Each gesture is counted and classified by type, from half-circle massage to tapping, which gives Chanel an objective measure of how a cosmetic is applied.

Some frequently asked questions from our clients

We start from your brand guidelines and mock-ups, and involve your creatives or your agency at validation points. Each screen undergoes a visual review before going into production, and the rendering is verified on the devices your customers actually use.
AI writes the descriptions, translates them, and formats them according to your templates, based on product characteristics and photographs. Your teams proofread instead of writing, which shortens the time to put a collection online and standardises the level of detail from one product reference to another.
Your in-store and online purchase histories, reconciled under a unique customer identity. The models then train on your own sales data, making recommendations consistent with your brand universe and directly actionable by your advisors.
Verification relies on a unique identifier attached to the item, a record of its journey, and a public page where its authenticity can be checked. The system protects the value of your items on the second-hand market and anticipates the digital product passport that European regulations are gradually extending to textiles.
In France or within the European Union, with a host that we define together based on the sensitivity of your data. No data leaves the contractual framework defined with you.
The minimisation of collected data, consent management, and rights of access, deletion, and portability are integrated from the design stage. We work directly with your DPO and document processing activities for your register.
The total duration of a complete application design and development project is variable, but generally between 2 and 5 months. We deliver in short iterations: a first usable version in a few weeks, followed by regular deployments.
No. You own the application's source code. We also guarantee reversibility: your teams or a third party can take over the solution at any time, and we support the transfer of skills.
