Urgo Médical, a wound care specialist, wanted to offer nurses reliable decision support, based on its proprietary corpus and traceable recommendations. Automate the collection of medical history before an anaesthesia consultation

RSD Medical, a medtech specialising in the pre-operative pathway, wanted to ease the collection of medical history before an anaesthesia consultation, a long and costly step for practitioners. Galadrim developed an interface that allows the anaesthetist to manage reports and pathways, as well as a conversational agent that questions the patient and adapts its questions to their responses. Data already present in medical records is automatically retrieved.
