Leveraging twenty years of sports data for licensees

The French Athletics Federation had been retaining the official results of its licensees for over twenty years. Galadrim designed MyDataRun in three months: each athlete tracks their performance, sets objectives, and compares themselves to the best French runners. A search engine provides access to real-time races, with registration via the official portal.

Accelerating intelligence analysis
thanks to AI

The Ministry of Defence wanted to automatically convert complex documents into relational graphs usable by its intelligence analysts. Galadrim designed an algorithm based on an open-source French Large Language Model, capable of extracting and structuring entities and their relationships within hundreds of pages of documentation, and producing a comprehensive mapping.

Industrialise page creation for the public investment bank

With the expansion of its loan and aid offerings, Bpifrance needed to create numerous pages to serve various business teams. Galadrim first conducted a user research phase, then designed a landing page generator based on the Strapi CMS. Each business team can publish their own pages independently thanks to a comprehensive parameter and configuration system.

Evolving paleography research software

The IRHT, a CNRS unit, dates ancient manuscripts using software that reconstructs the trajectory of writing gestures in 3D. Galadrim took over this base and delivered within a few weeks a series of optimisations and new functionalities, such as the transition from two to four cameras or the reconstruction of a hidden point by extrapolation.
