Managing the AI roadmap for a group of 16,000 employees

Compass Group France, the third-largest player in collective catering in France, operates over 3,000 restaurants under a decentralised organisation. Galadrim integrated a team led by a senior Product Manager into its Information Systems Department. She identifies use cases reported by business units, facilitates the committee that validates them, maintains the prioritisation matrix, and manages the design of selected workstreams with the engineers assigned to the group.

Arbitrating the evolution of a portfolio of 19 business tools

Leadersanté federates over 900 community pharmacies, equipped with nineteen business tools including laboratory orders, automated invoice processing, and the patient application. Galadrim has been supporting the group since 2018, providing a team of Product Manager and developers, overseen by a Lead Developer. A committee meeting every two weeks with the digital management team arbitrates priorities tool by tool, based on usage reports produced by our teams and indicators monitored monthly for each product.

Governing four institutional websites powered by teams with distinct objectives

Bpifrance presents its loan and aid offers on four institutional websites, powered by business teams with distinct objectives and backed by two instances of the same content management system. Galadrim has been involved since March 2023, starting with user research that defined the common scope of the page generator, followed by a quarterly-staffed steering mechanism. A senior Product Manager and a Product Owner manage the sites' roadmap, the distribution of responsibilities among the bank's teams, accessibility and publication rules, and reporting to the digital management.

Managing the software projects of a streetwear brand that became an international distributor

Project X Paris has transitioned from a young streetwear brand to an international distributor, with 500% growth since the start of our support. Galadrim has managed its IT function since 2018 and, together with its management, decides which tools to build and when, in line with new store openings. Undertaking the digital transformation of a group with 1,500 employees

The IT department of Groupe Delisle, a leading French road transport player, was looking for a starting point to equip its 1,500 employees. Galadrim led the scoping in direct contact with field teams and arbitrated the order of projects: first, the intranet accessible via web and mobile, then the bespoke ERP covering six support functions, with access rules specific to each business line. A study conducted in parallel with the scoping established which Artificial Intelligence functions justified the investment, including automated document management selected for the ERP.
