Facing competition from ride-hailing platforms, the Taxis Nantes cooperative embarked on modernising its ordering service. Galadrim developed a mobile booking application integrating real-time driver tracking, payment, and journey history. Clients now order from their phones, which has relieved the call centre and increased the volume of rides.

Daily planning for parcel logistics at Chantiers de l'Atlantique

Groupe Blondel transports parcels and parts to the Chantiers de l'Atlantique site in Saint-Nazaire, where lifting equipment and teams share limited time slots. Galadrim developed the management tool that centralises these constraints: a Machine Learning model anticipates the volume of parcels to be processed, a combinatorial optimisation algorithm assigns teams while respecting the group's business rules. Each employee receives their schedule in the morning, and project managers book their lifting slots in the same interface.

Showroomprivé mobilised a team of thirty employees to write its product sheets, at a rate of five minutes per sheet, for a catalogue that renews with each sale. Galadrim developed a web application that generates descriptions for an entire sale, based on product characteristics and photographs. Teams review and touch up instead of writing, and put a sale online with a consistent level of detail from one reference to another.

Bpifrance regularly enriches its range of loans and business support, and each new scheme requires its own page on one of the group's websites. Galadrim conducted user research with the relevant business teams, then developed the generator on the headless CMS Strapi, which allows them to compose these pages themselves. Accessibility rules and SEO optimisations are automatically applied to each page produced.

The French Athletics Federation has kept the results of all its official races for over twenty years, data that its members never saw. Galadrim developed MyDataRun: each runner can find their race history, track the evolution of their performance in graphs, and compare themselves to the best French athletes. A race search engine complements the platform, with direct registration from the official portal.
