The manual processing of tens of thousands of CEE files was a major impediment to business growth. We developed Athos, an AI-First platform based on an agent system combining OCR and LLM: it classifies files, verifies their regulatory compliance, and isolates anomalies for instructors. The result: a bottleneck transformed into an industrialised flow, refocusing human effort on added value.

Finding a specific clause or contract among over a million documents was a daily challenge for Gide's 500 lawyers. We developed and deployed a generative AI platform allowing searches across the entire corpus, and automatically extracting key metadata from each document. What previously required tedious manual exploration now becomes a query of a few seconds, with precise and contextualised results.

Showroomprivé publishes hundreds of thousands of product sheets each year, a lengthy and costly manual task at this scale. We designed and developed an AI application to automatically generate these sheets from images and data provided by suppliers. A validation interface allows for any necessary adjustments to the generated content. The developed solution reduced time-to-market from 7 to 3 days and increased the operational team's productivity tenfold.

Groupe Blondel needed to maximise the utilisation of lifting equipment, manage package flows, and assign its teams daily at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique site. Galadrim developed a business application that centralises these constraints: an algorithm predicts package volumes, an interface reserves lifting slots, and an assignment engine distributes teams according to business rules. Personalised schedules are sent automatically each day.

A major player in insurance brokerage, Odealim receives tens of thousands of client requests by email each month, which are difficult to process at scale while preserving service quality. Galadrim designed a system of AI agents that classifies requests, searches for useful information in contracts and files, and generates response proposals. Each response is validated by the business teams via a dedicated interface, with humans retaining control over sensitive subjects.

Amentum, an international engineering group, faced a growing volume of complex tenders, with hundreds of pages to be read manually per file. Galadrim developed an AI solution that reads market documents and extracts the complete list of requirements. For each requirement, it indicates the page it comes from, flags contradictions between documents, and answers questions asked about the file.

Commercia prep school wanted to accelerate the progress of its ECG stream students in mathematics, a subject that is self-studied and where teacher feedback often arrives belatedly. Galadrim developed MathexIA, an application that assesses each student's level, generates on-demand tutorials and quizzes tailored to their weaknesses, and then marks their work. Each student thus progresses along a personalised path, and the teacher opens their session by addressing the actual sticking points of their class.
