    Step 01

    Interviews and inventory of use cases

    We meet with the relevant teams to see how they work today and where AI would save them time. This overview identifies priority topics and the starting level of each group.

    Step 02

    Programme and exercises tailored to each profession

    We write the programme based on your software, your documents, and the tasks your teams repeat every day. Groups are formed by profession, so that everyone works on cases they genuinely encounter.

    Step 03

    Short sessions and practical exercises

    The trainer introduces the concepts, then hands over. Participants work on their real files, with their tools, and leave each session with something they can replicate on their own the next day.

    Participant feedback and use cases identified at the end of the session

    Each session concludes with feedback: what participants have retained, what remains unclear, and the use case on which each plans to apply what they have just learned. This feedback allows for adjustment of the next session and shows you what your teams will genuinely put into practice.

Train the 70 employees of an IT department in agentic systems

OGF is the leading French funeral services operator. Galadrim is already supporting the optimisation of funeral processes and the group's AI roadmap. We presented to the 70 employees of its IT department to introduce agentic systems and their concrete uses. Questions focused on genuinely achievable productivity gains, controlling an agent's outputs, and supporting teams in adoption.

Train the teams of a Bordeaux wine merchant, then map its use cases department by department

Maison Sichel sells over 800 Bordeaux wine references to a thousand clients worldwide. Galadrim came to Bordeaux to train 34 of its employees, in four groups organised by profession, from the technical department to sales assistants, with each group working on its own tasks. We conducted seven sessions, one per company department, to identify tasks where AI offers measurable time savings. The report submitted at the end of these two days serves as the basis for the prototype to be developed.

Train a team of developers in the daily use of a code agent

Open Informatique develops custom management software using WinDev, the development environment from French publisher PC Soft, and wanted its developers to know how to leverage code agents in this environment. Galadrim designed a three-session training course: the functioning of a language model, the installation and control of Claude Code, then writing their own skills. Each session allocates more time to exercises than the previous one, using databases and code repositories prepared for them.

Coverguard manufactures and distributes personal protective equipment across several continents. Its management wanted to understand what AI changes in its business before starting a first project.
