From your first interaction to usage monitoring

We design each training course based on your documents, so that participants can apply what they've learned the very next day.

Scoping and Design

We discuss with you the roles to be trained, the authorised tools, and the teams' level. You then send us sample documents, anonymised if necessary, which serve as the basis for the exercises.

Training

The trainer demonstrates AI in action using examples from your role, then supports each participant as they practise on their own cases.

Monitoring

A few weeks later, we review the uses with you and update the materials.

What people ask us before getting started

No. Only the pathway designed for developers requires coding knowledge. Other training courses are open to all profiles.
We define together during the scoping phase which documents can be used for the exercises. They are anonymised if necessary and used only with tools compliant with your internal policy.
Before a bespoke training course, we analyse your teams' usage with a questionnaire, interviews, and work observation. You receive a team-by-team assessment, a list of use cases classified by their impact and implementation effort, and a diagnosis of your tools. The audit lasts 1 to 7 days depending on the team's size. Find out more on our page Bespoke training.
Many employees mostly use them for rephrasing or summarising. The training guides them towards more advanced uses: entrusting a complete task to an agent, creating assistants and skills that the whole team can reuse. The exercises are based on their actual job roles, so they can apply these uses from the very next day.
The price depends on the format. A bespoke training course starts at 2,000 € excl. VAT, a hackathon at 1,500 € excl. VAT, an executive workshop or a referrer training at 1,000 € excl. VAT, and a plenary session at 500 € excl. VAT. It then varies according to the duration, number of participants, and number of groups. You can also start with a single team before extending the training. You'll receive a detailed quote within 24 hours after an initial discussion.
