Each training session is led by a profile chosen according to the audience: a business expert for management and business teams, an AI Engineer for technical teams, often both as a duo.

Head of Galadrim AI Education

Orianne Brion

A graduate of HEC Paris, she leads Galadrim's AI training offer: she sets its direction, designs the programmes, and coordinates the trainers. For four years, she was chief of staff at Sorella Care, a network of health centres dedicated to women, where she optimised processes through automation and AI. She is your point of contact for the first meeting.

Head of GenAI

Pierre-Antoine Dornic

A graduate of HEC Paris, he maps out the AI use cases for departments and prioritises them by ROI and feasibility. He then frames their roadmap and drives deployment until adoption by the teams. He facilitates this work in workshops with management committees.

CTO Data & AI

Benjamin Drighès

A graduate of École Polytechnique and a former member of the Financial Markets Authority, he leads our Data & AI division. He advises our clients on their product strategy, AI transformation, and technological choices, and sets the quality standards for our AI teams. In training, he speaks to all audiences, from executives on AI strategy and governance to development teams on the most technical topics.

Lucien Maillard

A graduate of Télécom Paris, he manages AI projects for our clients, from predictive models to LLM. He evaluates the technical feasibility of use cases, from data quality to integration and cost constraints, then defines the target architecture with the teams. He also acts as an AI expert for Bpifrance's Diag Data IA programme.

AI Tech Lead

Timothée Blanchy

An engineer graduate of ENSEEIHT, he works daily with AI on client missions, from automated reading of architectural plans to pharmacovigilance AI modules. He also leads our internal training on AI-assisted development.

AI Account Manager

Mathis Bellec

A graduate of HEC Paris, he supports our clients in their data and AI projects. Before joining Galadrim, he worked in venture capital at Demeter, then as an independent strategy consultant. He trains management and business teams.

Senior Business Consultant

Daniel Dollé

A graduate of HEC Paris and École Polytechnique, and a Doctor of Pharmacy, he co-founded Captain Pharma, where he managed operations for six years. He then co-founded Flowlab, which helps companies streamline and automate their organisation. He trains management and business teams in the use of AI.

Full-stack developer

Grégoire Bellon

A full-stack developer at Galadrim, he trains development teams on using code agents like Claude Code: installation, daily management, and writing skills.

AI Consulting Lead

Théo Leforestier

A graduate of ESCP, he develops Galadrim's AI consulting activity and trains our clients' teams. He was a digital transformation consultant at Capgemini, then prepared the integration of AI use cases at Renault Group.

They design each training course for your teams

Before the training, a questionnaire indicates each participant's level and expectations. They then build the exercises using your documents, tools, and the situations your teams encounter daily.

They have led many training sessions, from management committees to developer teams, and know how to make AI concrete by allowing plenty of room for exercises. A follow-up after one month and a discussion channel then extend the training.
