OGF is the leading French funeral services operator. Galadrim presented agentic systems to the 70 employees of its IT department.

On the agenda: the four main agent architectures, from agentic workflow to MCP protocol, then two projects in production at our clients', a product data sheet generator and an email processing agent. The session concluded with questions on productivity gains and the control of an agent's results.

As the leading French railway operator, SNCF wanted to train its entire strategy department in generative AI, from the basics to advanced applications. Galadrim designed a comprehensive programme for them, intended to make everyone autonomous in their use of the tools.

On the agenda: the operation of Large Language Models, getting to grips with the main tools on the market, then building prompts and workflows tailored to the group's strategic challenges. Each session concluded with a workshop on a real-life case from the department, with personalised feedback.

Maison Sichel is a Bordeaux-based wine merchant that sells over 800 wine references worldwide. Galadrim came to Bordeaux to train its teams in Claude, in business-specific groups, so that everyone could become autonomous in their own tasks.

On the agenda: getting started with Claude and the right reflexes for formulating a request, exercises on the real cases of each team, then Cowork, the first business skills and a usage charter. Seven interviews, one per department, then identified the tasks where AI saves time.

Open Informatique develops bespoke management software using WinDev, the environment from the French publisher PC Soft. Galadrim developed a three-session training course for its developers to use code agents daily.

On the agenda: how a language model works, the installation and piloting of Claude Code, then writing their own skills, with exercises on code repositories prepared for the team.

Coverguard manufactures and distributes personal protective equipment across several continents. Its management wanted to understand what AI could change in its business activities, and Galadrim ran a session for them in English.

On the agenda: how language models work, ten prompt engineering techniques, agents and RAG, then a review of Coverguard's needs function by function. A feedback report followed, outlining the areas to prioritise for investigation.

Orki develops carbon accounting software for SMEs and mid-caps, and assists its clients with their environmental initiatives. Galadrim trained its teams in two groups, one for consultants, the other for developers.

On the agenda: a common core on how models work and the ecological impact of AI. Consultants then got to grips with Cowork and Claude's skills on two cases built for their daily work, an automated environmental watch and the formatting of a CSR file. Developers learned to configure their code agent, from skills to hooks, and to review what it produces to maintain control over their code.

Dentressangle is a family investment company that supports several businesses, including Acteon, Coverguard and EDL. Galadrim ran a workshop for them to help each portfolio company identify its first AI use cases.

On the agenda: when an assistant like Claude is sufficient and when a dedicated agent becomes useful, use cases presented company by company and for HR and finance functions, then our four-step method for prioritising use cases and moving from prototype to production.

HEC Paris trains future leaders and entrepreneurs. One of our trainers gives a semester-long course there where each student group builds an AI agent system based on a real-world case, then deploys it in production.

On the agenda: how a language model works and how to choose the right one, prompt engineering and building a first agent, then the architecture of a multi-agent system, its evaluation and optimisation to keep within a budget of a few euros per month. The semester concludes with a demonstration of the deployed systems.
