Train the teams of a Bordeaux wine merchant, then map its use cases department by department

Maison Sichel is a Bordeaux-based wine merchant that sells over 800 wine references worldwide. Galadrim came to Bordeaux to train its teams in Claude, in business-specific groups, so that everyone could become autonomous in their own tasks.
On the agenda: getting started with Claude and the right reflexes for formulating a request, exercises on the real cases of each team, then Cowork, the first business skills and a usage charter. Seven interviews, one per department, then identified the tasks where AI saves time.

Train the management committee of an industrial company in the uses of generative AI

Coverguard manufactures and distributes personal protective equipment across several continents. Its management wanted to understand what AI could change in its business activities, and Galadrim ran a session for them in English.

Your questions about profession-specific training courses

Yes. The basics of AI can be covered together, then each profession works in a group on its own exercises. This is what we did at Maison Sichel, with four groups formed by profession.
Yes. The 12 professions presented cover most of a company's functions. For a more specific profession, we build the exercises based on the documents you provide us during the scoping phase.
Only developer training requires coding knowledge. Other training courses are open to all profiles, regardless of their AI proficiency.
We jointly select the documents to be used for the exercises during the scoping phase. They are anonymised if required and used with tools compliant with your internal policy.
We primarily train on the tool your company has already deployed: ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Le Chat de Mistral, or Gemini. If you're starting out, we help you choose licenses suitable for professional use.
To draft, summarise, or analyse a document, a tool like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is sufficient. A bespoke agent becomes useful when the task needs to rely on your internal data, operate within your software, be repeated thousands of times, or be traced and validated. The training helps your teams to make the distinction, and Galadrim can then develop the most useful agents.
Depending on your company size and your skills operator, all or part of the training may be covered. We help you prepare the application from the initial scoping.
