This is the core of our offering. We take each employee where they are and help them progress on their own missions, with their tools and data, until AI becomes a reflex.

Tailored training is as much about change management as it is about training. The goal is to evolve the practices of an entire team, giving everyone the means to bring even more value to the company.

Follow-up continues after the training. Your employees ask our trainers their questions on a dedicated discussion channel, and coaching sessions allow them to bring their real-world cases, alone or in small groups. One month later, we review the adopted uses with you.

The executive workshop gives your executive committee the keys to decide on the role of AI

Duration: half a day. Audience: executive committee, steering committee and business departments.

Your leaders need to understand what AI changes for their market, their teams and their organisation, in order to set a clear direction. The workshop provides a realistic overview of what AI enables today and helps identify the use cases that will create the most value.

It also addresses governance issues: usage rules, data protection and employee support.

The AI plenary brings all your employees together around a common culture

Duration: 1 to 2 hours. Audience: the entire company, in-person or remotely.

This authoritative session, illustrated with concrete examples, gives everyone the same foundational understanding and opens the conversation about the role of AI in your company. It often forms the starting point for a more in-depth training project.

You choose the angle that best addresses your challenges: the basics of AI, un focus on language models like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, the getting to grips with the tool that you deploy, AI and ethics (bias, confidentiality, responsibility) or the ecological impact of AI and resource-efficient uses.

[Hackathon IA]

The AI hackathon fosters learning by tackling a concrete challenge, in mixed teams

Duration: 1 day. Audience: employees from multiple teams and business areas.

Your employees split into small groups that mix teams and skills. Each group tackles a real problem that they solve with AI, and our trainers circulate among the groups to unblock, advise and help everyone progress. We learn by doing, we discover our colleagues' roles, and the day often generates ideas that the company can then develop.

We organise the entire hackathon, from defining the challenges to running the day, or we act as experts in a hackathon you organise. For example, we have led several editions for Verton.

AI referent training brings AI to life daily within your teams

Audience: a few volunteer employees per team.

We provide in-depth training to a few employees who become the AI relays within their team. They support their colleagues daily, share best practices and flag new use cases.

Your company thus has its own resources to extend the dynamic well after the training.

University courses prepare students for AI as it is practised in businesses

Duration: from an introductory session to a six-session course. Audience: students.

Our courses are led by active professionals, AI Engineer, AI sales executive or AI Product Manager, who share what they experience daily with our clients. After a short theoretical introduction, students move on to practical application, in the spirit of applied practical work.
