[Funding rules]

Funding that depends on your company's size

Each professional sector sets its own criteria. Here are the general principles.
Fewer than 50 employees

Fewer than 50 employees

Your OPCO can fund all or part of the training course as part of the skills development plan, according to your sector's criteria and limits.
50 or more employees

50 or more employees

Training courses generally fall under your company's training budget. Some sectors offer conventional funds, and your OPCO can also manage voluntary contributions you entrust to it.
The remaining cost

The remaining cost

If the funding covers part of the cost, the difference is invoiced to your company. We help you estimate it from the quote stage.
[The steps]

Five steps to get your training course funded

We support you at every stage of your application, from the quote to reimbursement.
01

Identify your OPCO

Your OPCO depends on your company's collective bargaining agreement, whose IDCC code appears on your payslips. We can help you find it.
02

Receive the quote and programme

After an initial discussion, we send you a quote and a detailed programme within 24 hours, including objectives, prerequisites, duration, and assessment methods. We then establish the training agreement.
03

Submit the funding request

You send these documents to your OPCO from your online account, before the training course begins. Their written agreement confirms the funded amount.
04

Attend the training course

Participants sign an attendance sheet at each session. At the end, each person receives a certificate of completion, and we send you the certificate of achievement.
05

Obtain reimbursement

According to your OPCO's rules, we either invoice the OPCO directly, or we invoice your company, which then gets reimbursed. We will specify the applicable process before the training course.
