Our commitments regarding your data

GALADRIM company, concerned with the protection of personal data, undertakes to ensure the best level of protection for your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
This policy applies to the AI Training pages of the galadrim.fr website and to the training courses we organise for companies.

Article 2: Personal data collected

As part of the use of the galadrim.fr website and our training courses, we may collect the following categories of data:
Identification data: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, company name.
Data related to training courses: role of participants, responses to the pre-training positioning questionnaire, attendance at sessions (register sheets), results of learning evaluations and responses to satisfaction questionnaires.
Information relating to disability status: only if you choose to disclose them to us, in order to adapt the training. They are consulted solely by our disability contact and are used only to organise these adaptations.
Connection data: IP address, connection logs, browser type, operating system, via the use of cookies and our audience analysis tool.
This data is collected when you fill in our contact form, when you browse our website or when your company enrols you in one of our training courses.

Article 3: Purposes of processing

The collection and processing of your personal data have the following purposes:
Managing contact requests: to respond to your questions and requests sent via the contact form.
Organisation and follow-up of training courses: to prepare sessions, summon participants, monitor their attendance, assess their learning and review with you after the training.
Compliance with our obligations as a training organisation: to issue end-of-training certificates, prepare funding applications with funders and respond to administrative controls and quality audits.
The processing of complaints: to respond to your complaints and improve our training courses.
Site analysis and improvement: to measure our website's audience, understand how our services are used and improve the user experience through anonymised statistics.
Site security: to ensure the security of our website and prevent potential fraud.

Article 4: Data Recipients

The data collected is intended for GALADRIM's internal services for the proper execution of the purposes described above.
As part of a training course, some data is also transmitted to the company that enrolled the participants (attendance sheets, end-of-training certificates), to the training funders, such as your OPCO, and to the certifying body during quality audits.
They may also be shared with third-party providers, acting as sub-processors, for the following needs:
Website hosting: The data is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) on servers located in the European Union (Paris, France).
Audience analysis: We use Google Analytics. In this context, navigation data may be transferred outside the European Union. Google guarantees adherence to recognised data protection frameworks. For more information, we invite you to consult Google's privacy policy.
GALADRIM is committed to not selling, renting, or transferring your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Article 5: Data Retention Period

We retain your personal data for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The retention periods we apply are as follows:
For data transmitted via the contact form: a period of three (3) years from the last contact with you.
For data related to training courses: the duration of the training, then the period during which the administration and funders can monitor our training activities.
For audience measurement data (cookies): a maximum period of thirteen (13) months.
At the end of these periods, the data is either deleted or anonymised.
