[Our Approach]

What we adapt to your sector

The basics of AI remain the same from one sector to another. The examples, rules, software, and use cases change.
The examples and vocabulary
Sector-specific documentsVocabularyDemonstrations

The examples and vocabulary

The demonstrations and exercises use documents from your activity: a consultation file in construction, a claims declaration in insurance, a datasheet in agribusiness. Your teams will find their terms and situations there.
The rules to respect
RGPDAI ActProfessional secrecy

The rules to respect

Medical confidentiality, professional secrecy, banking data, public procurement: each sector has its own rules on the information that can be entrusted to an AI tool. The training integrates these into the exercises, in addition to the RGPD and the AI Act.
Sector-specific software
Business softwareData exportsStandard documents

Sector-specific software

Each sector works with its own software: an ERP in manufacturing, rental management software in real estate, a booking tool in hospitality. We show how to use AI with these tools, based on the exports and documents they produce.
The use cases

The use cases

We present the AI uses that have proven themselves in your sector, building on the projects that Galadrim leads there. Your teams will thus more quickly identify the cases to launch in your organisation.

Training conducted in various sectors, from funeral services to rail transport.
Funeral servicesOGF

Train the 70 employees of an IT department in agentic systems

OGF is the leading French funeral services operator. Galadrim presented agentic systems to the 70 employees of its IT department.
On the agenda: the four main agent architectures, from agentic workflow to MCP protocol, then two projects in production at our clients', a product data sheet generator and an email processing agent. The session concluded with questions on productivity gains and the control of an agent's results.

Rail transportSNCF

To train an entire strategy department in generative AI, from the basics to business applications

As the leading French railway operator, SNCF wanted to train its entire strategy department in generative AI, from the basics to advanced applications. Galadrim designed a comprehensive programme for them, intended to make everyone autonomous in their use of the tools.
On the agenda: the operation of Large Language Models, getting to grips with the main tools on the market, then building prompts and workflows tailored to the group's strategic challenges. Each session concluded with a workshop on a real-life case from the department, with personalised feedback.

[FAQ]

Your questions about training courses by sector

We review them with you during the scoping phase: data types, authorised tools, usable documents. Exercises are then conducted using anonymised documents if necessary, with tools compliant with your internal policy. The training also explains to your teams what they can entrust to an AI tool.
We prepare examples for each activity. For Dentressangle, a family investment company, we presented use cases specific to each of the companies it supports.
Yes. The 24 sectors presented are those for which we have prepared examples. For another activity, we build the exercises from the documents you send us during the scoping phase.
Only developer training requires coding knowledge. Other training courses are open to all profiles, regardless of their AI proficiency.
To draft, summarise, or analyse a document, a tool like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is sufficient. A bespoke agent becomes useful when the task needs to rely on your internal data, operate within your software, be repeated thousands of times, or be traced and validated. The training helps your teams to make the distinction, and Galadrim can then develop the most useful agents.
Depending on your company size and your skills operator, all or part of the training may be covered. We help you prepare the application from the initial scoping.
The price depends on the number of participants, the chosen format and the preparation time for examples specific to your activity. Tell us who you wish to train: you will receive a detailed quote within 24 working hours.
