[Our method]

A method that starts from your actual uses, not an off-the-shelf programme.

Before training your teams, we observe how they already work with AI. The audit reveals their usage, the training transforms it into concrete results, and follow-up embeds it long-term.

[Our Approach]

You don't learn AI in one go

Artificial intelligence is transforming the way all professions work, and it's normal for this transformation to be disruptive. Some employees are already enthusiastically exploring, others are observing cautiously, many are simply wondering where to begin.
Our method starts from this observation. We meet each employee at their level and help them progress at their own pace, in the interest of both the company and themselves, so that they continue to feel their work adds value. That's why we support your teams in four stages, from the audit right through to post-training follow-up.
Audit your usage
01

Audit your usage

A questionnaire, interviews, and, if the context is suitable, on-site observation establish a precise snapshot of your teams' usage.
Prioritise your use cases
02

Prioritise your use cases

We categorise use cases based on their business impact and implementation effort, to decide together where to start.
Train your teams
03

Train your teams

Your teams consolidate the basics, master the tool, and practise in workshops on the use cases identified during the audit.
Embed learnings long-term
04

Embed learnings long-term

Quizzes, a hotline, and the Community extend the training, so that learnings transform into habits.
[Step 1]

We audit your AI usage before designing your training

Training without understanding existing uses amounts to delivering the same course to everyone. Our audit establishes a precise snapshot of your teams' reality, in three stages.

The questionnaire

We send your employees an in-depth questionnaire, customised for your company, which explores their usage, their level of proficiency, and their expectations regarding AI. It can be anonymous or named, depending on your choice.

The interviews

From the responses, we identify the main user profiles present within your teams and we conduct interviews with representative individuals from each of them, to understand what the questionnaire doesn't reveal.

On-site observation, optional

When the context is suitable, we supplement the audit with an observation phase on your premises, closely aligned with daily work.
[Audit deliverables]

What you receive after the audit

Request an audit
The AI audit is available from €1,500 excl. VAT, depending on the size of the teams involved and the chosen options.
A situational analysis

A situational analysis

AI usage within your company, observed team by team.
A list of use cases

A list of use cases

Situations where AI would bring real value, whether already present and underutilised or still absent.
A diagnosis of your tools

A diagnosis of your tools

We examine your tools and their configuration. For a Claude Team account, for example, we verify that the administrator settings correctly protect your data.
[The profiles]

Six profiles to meet everyone where they start

The relationship with AI rarely depends on the job role. It stems from curiosity, fears, tool proficiency, frequency of use, and the ability to go beyond simple chat. Based on these five dimensions, the audit reveals the specific profiles within your company. Here are the ones we encounter most often.
These profiles are never used to pigeonhole anyone. They allow us to adapt the content, pace and exercises of each session, and to form groups where participants also learn from each other.
The Traveller

The Traveller

Their bag is packed, but they're still hesitant to cross the threshold.
They want to try, but their fears hold them back, and they still rarely use AI. A clear framework and initial concrete results build their confidence.
The Guardian

The Guardian

They keep watch over what has proven itself and only open their doors to what is truly deserving.
They see little interest in AI and are wary of it. We start with their profession and a task they know perfectly to demonstrate the value it brings.
The Messenger

The Messenger

They take the same routes every day, unaware of the new ones opening up to them.
They use AI daily, mainly for rephrasing or summarising, staying within the chat. We help them discover features that truly change their way of working.
The Scout

The Scout

They go ahead alone and explore paths that no one has yet marked.
They experiment a lot, sometimes with their own tools and outside the company's framework. We structure their practice, secure it, and help them share it.
The Blacksmith

The Blacksmith

They forge their own tools: agents, automations, bespoke assistants.
They already have an in-depth mastery of the tool. We take them further, and they naturally become a point of contact for their colleagues.
The Captain

The Captain

They must choose the route and lead the whole team with them.
As a Manager, they seek to understand what AI can bring to their team and how to frame its uses. We provide them with an overview and the keys to support their collaborators.
[Step 2]

We prioritise use cases according to their impact and effort

The audit typically uncovers dozens of use cases. However, your teams cannot address everything at once. We therefore categorise them according to two criteria, to build a readable matrix and decide together where to begin.
The business impact : created value, task frequency, number of collaborators concerned, expected quality gain.
The implementation effort : technical complexity, data access, team maturity, security and compliance requirements.
[Impact and effort matrix]

A readable matrix to decide together where to begin

We arrive at the prioritisation workshop with an already established proposal, which we adjust with you according to your strategic priorities. The chosen use cases become the raw material for the training courses: your teams work on their own subjects from the very first session.
01

Quick wins

Prioritised during the training.
  • High impact
  • Low effort
02

Structuring projects

Planned within dedicated support.
  • High impact
  • High effort
03

Auxiliary uses

Left to the teams' autonomy after the training.
  • Moderate impact
  • Low effort
04

Deferred avenues

Re-evaluated later.
  • Moderate impact
  • High effort
[Step 3]

We train your teams on their own use cases

Our training courses quickly get to practical application. Theoretical notions are reduced to what is useful, and most of the time is dedicated to putting AI to work on the subjects identified during the audit.
Consolidate the fundamentals

Consolidate the fundamentals

Understand how a language model works, what it can and cannot do, to use it with discernment. This foundation is tailored to the level of each group.
Master the tool

Master the tool

Utilise all the features of the tool selected by your company, well beyond chat: projects, connectors, files, automations. We train on ChatGPT, Mistral, Gemini, Claude and Copilot.
Practise in a workshop

Practise in a workshop

Work on the prioritised use cases and build their own automations and agents. Each participant leaves with tools they have created and will use from the next day.
[Sovereign AI]

We also train on your company's AI

More and more organisations are choosing their own artificial intelligence, deployed internally or hosted on an infrastructure they control, for reasons of sovereignty, confidentiality, or compliance. We support your teams with these tools using the same method, because sovereign AI only has value if it is truly adopted.

[Step 4]

We remain by your side after the training

Training without follow-up is forgotten in a few weeks. We set up a follow-up whose pace and duration are defined with you, so that what's acquired transforms into habits.

Reactivate knowledge

Regular quizzes and exercises allow each participant to test their understanding and continue to progress after the sessions.

Answer everyday questions

A Galadrim hotline remains available to unblock a situation, validate an approach or delve deeper into a use case.

Join the Community

Our AI ambassadors gather within the Community, a mutual support network that brings together clients eager to share what they have implemented in their company and to get quick answers to their questions. Its members benefit from exclusive advantages, such as webinars and networking breakfasts, designed for experience sharing.
