[Overview]

A four-step journey, from your actual practices to new habits

Each employee starts from where they are and progresses on their own tasks, until AI becomes a work reflex.

Analyse

A questionnaire, interviews and work observation provide a snapshot of your practices, in 1 to 7 days depending on the team size.

Design

We build the selected use cases on your data, in your environment.

Train

A short plenary session opens the training, then your teams practice in accompanied small groups, in a seminar or spaced sessions.

Embed

A one-month follow-up, unblocking interviews and a mutual aid community extend the training.
[Learning objectives]

What your teams will be able to do at the end of the training

The precise objectives of each session are set with you and included in the training agreement.
Understand language models

Understand language models

Know how they work, what they can do and where their capabilities end.
Formulate a request

Formulate a request

Provide the right context to obtain a directly usable result.
Check a response

Check a response

Spot an error or invented information, and retain control over the decision.
Protect data

Protect data

Apply company rules and the legal framework: GDPR, AI Act, intellectual property.
Utilise the company tool

Utilise the company tool

Go well beyond chat with projects, connectors, files and automations.
Build your own tools

Build your own tools

Create assistants, automations or agents for their job's use cases.
[Step 1: analyse]

Before training your teams, we observe how they work

The analysis focuses on three stages, from all participants down to the work gesture. It also helps to determine each person's starting level.

The questionnaire

All participants, 10 minutes. Customised for your business, anonymous or named according to your choice, it explores current practices, the level of mastery, obstacles, expectations and use case ideas.

The interviews

Representative individuals, 45 minutes. The responses highlight the main profiles of your teams. We discuss with one person from each profile about the actual process of a task, its pain points and the constraints of their job.

Observation

Up close with the work, half a day. In your premises or via screen sharing, we follow a task from start to finish to distinguish what can be entrusted to AI from what benefits from remaining human.
[Step 1: analyse]

Three deliverables that define the training content

A situational analysis AI uses within your company, team by team.
A list of use cases, classified with you according to their impact and implementation effort. Quick wins become the raw material for the training: your teams work on their own topics from the very first session.
A diagnosis of your tools, from their configuration to their privacy settings.
Audit price: from €1,000 to €5,000 ex. VAT, for 1 to 7 days of design depending on the size of the team to be trained.

[Step 2: Design]

Your use cases, designed using your own data

Workshop time is dedicated to practice, using examples your teams recognise.

You validate

You validate the chosen use cases and send us template documents, anonymised if necessary.

We build

We build each case on your datasets, replicating your working environment as closely as possible.

We test

We test each demonstration before the session, so your teams can get straight to practical application.
[Step 3: Train]

The same content, two rhythms to choose from

You choose the rhythm that best suits your schedule.
The AI Day in a seminar

The AI Day in a seminar

1 to 3 consecutive days, in immersion. The plenary session takes place in the morning, followed by workshops and presentations.
Ideal for launching a strong dynamic within dedicated time.
The sequenced training

The sequenced training

2 to 3-hour sessions over six to eight weeks. Each session builds on participants' trials.
Ideal for establishing new reflexes over time.
[Step 3: Train]

A common plenary session, then small group workshops

Groups are established by profession or profile, so that everyone works on cases relevant to them.

The plenary session

A common core brings all participants together around the same basics: understanding what AI can do, verifying its responses, and protecting data.

The workshops

One trainer accompanies six participants. Each group practises on use cases relevant to their profession, using your company's tool.

The right trainer

A business profile for your business teams, an AI Engineer for your technical teams. All deploy AI for our clients throughout the year.

[Client Cases]

Two paces, two tailor-made training programmes

A day in immersion for a health start-up, three spaced sessions for a team of developers.
DIGITAL HEALTHLyv Healthcare

Training all roles within a health start-up in AI over one day

Lyv Healthcare designs an app that helps women living with endometriosis to better manage their symptoms. Galadrim gathered the entire team for a day, with a mix of collective sessions and small-group workshops tailored for the various roles, to discover AI and to practically integrate it into their day-to-day work.
On the agenda: the basics of how language models work and their ecological challenges, then use cases specific to each profession: development, product, quality and regulation, marketing, patient relations, and management. Each participant left with use cases designed for their role, ready to be implemented in the following days.

SOFTWARE PUBLISHEROpen Informatique

Train a team of developers in the daily use of a code agent

Open Informatique develops bespoke management software using WinDev, the environment from the French publisher PC Soft. Galadrim developed a three-session training course for its developers to use code agents daily.
On the agenda: how a Large Language Model works, the installation and management of Claude Code, then writing their own skills, with exercises on code repositories designed for the team.

[Step 4: Embed]

After the training, a follow-up that transforms acquired knowledge into habits

We stay by your side, with a rhythm defined together.

The one-month check-in

Included. At least one check-in with you one month after the training, to measure adopted uses.

The unblocking interviews

On request. Individual interviews where everyone comes with a concrete case and leaves with a solution.

The AI Champions community

For volunteers. A peer support circle for clients, animated by webinars and exchange breakfasts.

[FAQ]

Your questions about bespoke training

For business teams as well as technical teams, from 4 to 200 people. The training is open to all levels: the initial analysis positions each participant, and groups are formed accordingly. Only the developer path requires coding knowledge.
From 2,000 € excl. VAT. The price then depends on the duration, the chosen format, and the number of trainers, hence the number of groups. You'll receive a detailed quote within 24 hours after an initial discussion.
That depends on your objectives and the number of use cases to address. A one-day seminar is sufficient to lay the foundations and leave with uses designed for one's job role. To establish new habits over time, sequenced training spreads 2 to 3-hour sessions over six to eight weeks, with each session building on participants' trials. We help you choose the right pace during the scoping phase.
On the tool your company uses or is about to deploy: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Le Chat de Mistral, Gemini or an internal AI. Find out more on our page AI Training by Tool.
Yes, total or partial funding is possible depending on the size of your company and your OPCO's criteria. We provide you with the quote, the programme, and the training agreement, then you submit the funding request before the start of the training. We confirm payment terms with you during the scoping phase.
Each participant completes a positioning questionnaire before the training. During the workshops, their productions and presentations demonstrate their progress. At the end, a questionnaire measures their satisfaction and level before and after. One month later, we measure the uses actually adopted at work.
Yes, each participant receives a certificate of completion. This is a non-certifying training, outside the scope of the CPF.
The documents used are chosen together during the scoping phase, anonymised if necessary, and used only with tools compliant with your internal policy.
Yes. Materials, pace, format, or location: our disability officer, Léa Marx, will discuss possible adaptations with you before starting, drawing on specialised partners as needed. You can contact her at lea@galadrim.fr.
