The need
- Urgo Médical, a healthcare sector player specialising in wound care, makes its Healico application available to 160,000 nurses. The company wanted to offer them a reliable clinical decision support tool for wound management.
- Such a tool imposed two requirements: to rely on a closed and proprietary corpus of validated medical sources, and to provide sourced and traceable recommendations.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim developed Med-ed GPT, a conversational agent that guides nurses in identifying a pathology from among 15 defined cases.
- The agent reasons solely on the closed corpus (Urgo publications, PubMed, HAS, clinical studies) and systematically cites its sources. Safeguards filter out-of-scope questions and anonymise personal data, and the quality of responses is continuously evaluated and supervised, on an HDS-certified infrastructure.
