The need
- Praemia REIM France is an AMF-approved asset management company that does not sell directly: its SCPIs are distributed by wealth management advisory firms and large banking networks.
- These advisors had no place to track their clients' investments. Information was scattered across several internal Praemia tools, and it had to be requested by email to respond to a client.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim developed the extranet, which is now live. Each advisor can find their clients' investments, their payments and received income, download tax documents, track their commissions, and compare SCPIs before advising.
- The portal retrieves information from Praemia's tools itself, several times a day. The advisor logs in with their company credentials and only sees data from their firm.
