The need
- An independent underwriting agency specialising in construction insurance, Dune Assurances designs offerings for its partner brokers. Its operations relied on a historical platform that had become restrictive, struggling to enable collaboration between the various stakeholders – brokers, policyholders, and insurers – and to streamline processes that were still largely manual. Dune wished to replace it with a proprietary tool, tailored for its business lines and growth.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim developed this new platform, which brings all stakeholders together in one place and covers the entire cycle: underwriting, claims management, premium and commission tracking. The processing of insurance documents is automated by AI (classification and extraction), which lightens manual tasks and notably accelerates claims management. Galadrim also migrated data from the old system to the new platform, ensuring service continuity.
