The need
- CNP Assurances regularly organises collective intelligence workshops where its employees share their frustrations and proud achievements. This approach generates a rich volume of contributions, distributed across numerous teams and themes. The challenge: to better leverage this material to link it to already engaged actions and monitor its long-term effects, rather than processing it workshop by workshop.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim developed a platform that digitalises these workshops end-to-end and relies on AI to process their feedback. As soon as an idea is submitted, it is automatically classified by theme, then grouped with similar contributions and corresponding actions. Managers thus have access to a clear overview by team, business unit, and theme, from which they manage their initiatives, whereas previously the information remained scattered.
