Do you have an idea, an intuition, or a hypothesis?

And do you want to test it and understand your market's reaction?

We transform your idea into an MVP, and we test your solution with your target audience.
galadrim.
What is an Minimum Viable Product (MVP) ?
An MVP aims to test your solution on the market, minimising your time and budget.
Indeed, if you are in the design phase of your product, you can only make assumptions about how your product will be received and used by your target audience.
At this stage, it is therefore important to test this product, equipping it only with its essential features.
The opposite of an MVP is the delivery of a finished product, which has required significant investments both in terms of time and finance, and it is not known whether it exactly meets user needs. The risk of such a scenario is realising far too late that one was mistaken, that one made the wrong assumptions, that 80% of the developed features are superfluous, and that a large part of the product needs to be restarted from scratch.
The MVP allows you to test your hypotheses very early and to align as closely as possible with your users' expectations.

What is the purpose of a MVP ?

Collecting user feedback on this first version will allow for effective, iterative guidance of the development and future improvements of the finished product.
It's a strategy to understand your target audience and their product usage, all quickly and at a lower cost.
The MVP allows us, among other things, to answer the following questions:
What are the basic needs of your target audience?
What features would your potential customers like to see added to the product?
Can your product idea be launched as is, or does it require modifications to be successful?
How to build an MVP ?

Prioritise your application's features, from the most essential to the least important. Set a minimum level of features that you will provide to your users: despite its minimalist nature, the MVP must absolutely offer added value to your clients.
Build the solution. Whether it's a mobile application or another type of product, proceed with building your solution and confront it with the market.
Collect user feedback and validate your solution. Analyse user behaviour with your product (user tests), facilitate feedback collection, and do not hesitate to question your users. Focus on your early adopters.
Make the necessary changes based on the feedback you have received, integrate new features, and re-prioritise your roadmap.
Then iterate as many times as necessary until you achieve your “product market fit”, meaning a perfect match between your product and your market.
