Paris has become the place where European AI is decided. The Summit for AI Action was held there in February 2025, Station F launched F/ai, an accelerator dedicated to AI startups, there in 2026, and the major engineering schools in the region continuously supply the teams that design agents, RAG and assistants for businesses.
This density has a downside: everyone claims to be an "AI agency". Between the strategy consultancy that recommends, the publisher that sells a platform, and the team that delivers an agent connected to your IS, the difference is considerable. Here is our 2026 selection of the ten Parisian players that matter for designing and putting an AI solution into production.
Our selection criteria
To feature in this Top 10, a player must combine:
AI solutions in production, with real users and published results, not just demonstrators.
A team that designs and develops: engineers, data scientists, Product Managers, and not just recommendations.
A team in Paris, capable of leading in-person workshops and meeting business teams.
Mastery of generative AI components: RAG, agents, response evaluation, integration into the information system.
Explicit data governance: hosting in France or the EU, anonymisation, preparation for the AI Act.
Verifiable references, publicly cited by the provider or its clients.
Ranking compiled by Galadrim. We feature in our own selection by applying the six public criteria above.

Mercialys: four operational agents in six months for 180 internal users. Gide: generative search engine on over one million documents, used by 500 lawyers, over 2,000 searches per day. Showroomprivé: 400,000 product sheets generated per year, €700k saved per year.
Why it features in this ranking : Galadrim ticks all six boxes: over 150 AI solutions deployed, verifiable results published client by client, and a team that designs, develops, and integrates the solution into the IS. The AI hub is in Paris, close to the business teams, with a demo at each weekly sprint and direct access to the code. The code, prompts, and evaluation sets belong to the client.
2. Artefact
The European leader in data & AI consulting and engineering, born and based in Paris.
Year founded : 2014
Size : 2 500 experts worldwide.
Headquarters : Paris (9e).
AI expertise : Data platforms, AI agent deployment, AI applied to marketing, customer relations, supply chain and predictive maintenance. Change management and training via its own school.
Key clients : Large international groups in industry, retail, luxury, consumer goods, healthcare and finance.
Signature initiative: An AI research centre opened in its Parisian offices in January 2024, dedicated to the robustness, fairness and explainability of models, with Orange, Société Générale and Decathlon as industrial partners and schools such as Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec and Sorbonne Université.
Why it features in this ranking : The size and depth required to run an AI programme across several countries, with in-house research that publishes open source. The downside of scale: a format designed for large groups, less suited to an SME looking for a focused team on a single use case.
3. Theodo Data & AI
The data and AI entity of the Theodo group, which integrates its teams with the client to deliver agents used daily.
Year founded : 2016, under the name Sicara. Became the Data & AI entity of Theodo.
Size : Backed by a group of over 700 people.
Headquarters : Paris.
AI expertise : AI Agents, RAG, data architectures, Machine Learning and Computer Vision, AI-assisted modernisation of legacy systems, relying on Google Cloud, AWS and Anthropic.
Key clients : Carrefour, Pierre & Vacances, Renault, Deezer, Leroy Merlin, Egis, Rizoa.
Signature client case : Rizoa : AI agent that gives in-store teams immediate access to hygiene standards, processes and product sheets, tested in 8 pilot food stores; 9 minutes saved on average per information search and 91 % correct answers. Carrefour : assortment recommendation engine for 1 200 stores, +7,5 % revenue in 9 weeks.
Why it features in this ranking : A product culture rare among data players: published results measure real-world usage, not laboratory model performance. The integrated team format suits organisations ready to work with the provider's teams daily.
4. ILLUIN Technology
The specialist in conversational AI and process automation for large accounts.
Year founded : 2017, within the CentraleSupélec and Paris-Saclay ecosystem.
Size : Over 120 experts. Seven2 became its majority shareholder in December 2025, alongside co-founder and CEO Robert Vesoul.
Headquarters : La Défense (EDF Tower), on the outskirts of Paris.
AI expertise : Chatbots and RAG assistants, callbots and voicebots, automation of emails, documents and processes, conversation analysis. Low-code platform nAIxt for orchestrating multiple models sovereignly. Joint LIAGORA laboratory on generative AI, created with CentraleSupélec in 2025.
Key clients : Chronopost, Boursorama, MACIF, Randstad France, Alstom, EDF. Over 85 large companies supported.
Signature client case : Chronopost : the assistant Léonard, available on the web, messaging and voice server, directs each request to one of 60 delivery scenarios, has been deployed in 5 countries and has reduced contacts to customer service by 10 %. Chronopost then took a 5 % stake in ILLUIN.
Why it features in this ranking : A client who invests in their provider's capital is a strong signal. ILLUIN is the most specialised player in the selection for high-volume customer relations. It is less suitable for a consumer product to be designed from scratch, where design and application development weigh as much as AI.
5. Ekimetrics
The Parisian pioneer of Data Science applied to marketing, now moving into generative AI.
Year founded : 2006, by two alumni of Mines Paris.
Size : Over 400 data and AI experts, in Paris, London, New York, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Headquarters : Paris.
AI expertise : Measurement of marketing effectiveness, decision models, generative AI for content production, business co-pilots. Eki.Decisions platform. Mission-driven company since 2023.
Key clients : Havea, Getlink, and major beauty and consumer goods brands.
Signature client case : Havea (natural health): generative AI tool co-developed with marketing and product teams, connected to PIM and SharePoint, with a multi-agent architecture and intent-based routing to produce content compliant with product regulations.
Why it features in this ranking : Nearly twenty years of modelling: when generative AI needs to rely on reliable marketing data, few players have this experience. To be reserved for marketing departments; it is not the partner for an operational back-office agent.
6. Converteo
The data and AI consultancy that has made agentic AI a growth axis in its own right.
Year founded : 2007
Size : 450 consultants and experts. Offices in New York, Toronto, Madrid and Shanghai.
Headquarters : Paris.
AI expertise : AI Agents for marketing, customer service and logistics, voice agents, chatbots and co-pilots for advisors, Data Engineering. Over 25 % of 2025 revenue expected from AI projects, including at least 12 % from agentic AI.
Key clients : L'Oréal, Criteo, and over 200 large accounts.
Signature client case : L'Oréal: an agent that analyses the performance of millions of creative content pieces (video, audio, photo) from numerous platforms to enrich the group's marketing business intelligence. For a confidential client: customer service voice agents built on OpenAI's speech-to-speech technologies.
Why it features in this ranking : A player that starts with marketing data and knows how to connect it to agents in production, with teams that are heavily recruiting on the subject. The right choice for a brand or retailer; less natural for a business agent in industry or financial services.
7. Sia
The Parisian consulting firm that industrialises AI agents from an off-the-shelf catalogue.
Year founded : 1999, in Paris. Formerly Sia Partners, became Sia in January 2025.
Size : Over 3 000 employees, 48 offices in 19 countries.
Headquarters : Paris.
AI expertise : Data strategy and governance, Data Science, development and industrialisation of models and agents. A hub of data scientists, Data Engineers, developers and designers dedicated to AI solutions.
Key clients : Large international groups; client names are rarely published.
Signature achievement: The Agent Store, launched in September 2025: a catalogue of consultable and deployable business agents, growing from 50 agents at launch to over 400 in February 2026. Among them, RegMatcher, which identifies discrepancies between internal repositories and the latest regulatory requirements.
Why it features in this ranking : A catalogue-based approach that shortens the path between use case and prototype, backed by a firm of over 3 000 consultants present in 19 countries. The flip side: a consulting format, more suited to a transformation programme than to building a bespoke product.
8. LightOn
The Parisian publisher of sovereign generative AI, publicly listed, for organisations that cannot send their data outside.
Year founded : 2016, in Paris, by Igor Carron and Laurent Daudet.
Size : An average of 52 people in 2025. Listed on Euronext Growth since November 2024.
Headquarters : Paris.
AI expertise : Paradigm platform: research and reasoning on company documents, RAG, agents, OCR (LightOnOCR-2), offered for any type of infrastructure.
Key clients : Région Île-de-France, Safran, Groupama, Direction générale des Finances publiques, CNES, Verlingue.
Signature client case : Paradigm in production with public and industrial entities handling sensitive data; licence sales almost tripled in 2025.
Why it features in this ranking : Different positioning from the rest of the selection: a publisher, not a service provider. To be considered whenever sovereignty is the deciding constraint, especially in the public sector and defence. For bespoke business journeys, it will often need to be combined with a development team.
9. eleven
The strategy consultancy that embraced AI before the market, to determine where AI creates value.
Year founded : 2008
Size : 75 people, including partners (April 2024). 10,8 M€ revenue in 2023.
Headquarters : Paris (16th).
AI expertise : AI strategy, identification and industrialisation of AI and generative AI use cases, AI transformation of private equity fund participations. A team of Data Scientists integrated into strategy teams since 2012.
Key clients : LVMH, Vinci, Accor, Axa ; fonds SoftBank, Carlyle, Ardian, Eurazeo, Bridgepoint.
Signature achievement: Support for luxury houses in creating their data and AI factories, and integrating AI into the operations of funds and their participations.
Why it features in this ranking : The best Parisian contact when the question arises at the executive committee: what use cases, in what order, for what return. It is not a development team: once the roadmap is agreed, the implementation is most often entrusted to another player on this list.
10. Alegria
The Parisian no-code and AI automation agency, for teams that want to advance without developers.
Year founded : 2020, by Francis Lelong, co-founder of Sarenza.
Size : Not published.
Headquarters : Paris.
AI expertise : Automations built with Make, n8n, Airtable and Notion, integrating models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Mistral. AI strategy consulting, team training, deployment of bespoke solutions.
Key clients : L'Oréal, Enedis, Thales, ADEME, Qonto, BlaBlaCar, Kering.
Signature achievement: Over 600 companies supported and 14,700 people trained in AI, no-code, and automation.
Why it features in this ranking : The lightest format in the selection, and often the quickest to automate an internal process without waiting for a development team. Its limitations are those of no-code: data volume, deep integration into the IS, and security requirements eventually demand code.
Do you need a strategy, a platform, or a solution? If the question is where AI creates value, a strategy consultancy (eleven, Sia) frames the roadmap. If the main constraint is data sovereignty, a publisher (LightOn) provides the foundation. If the need is an agent or an application in production, connected to your tools, you need a team that develops: Galadrim, Theodo Data & AI or ILLUIN Technology.
What is your field? Marketing and content: Ekimetrics or Converteo. High-volume customer relations: ILLUIN Technology. Multi-country programme within a large group: Artefact. Internal processes to automate quickly, without a technical team: Alegria. Business agents for documents, contracts or files, and AI integrated into a product: Galadrim.
Why proximity still matters. A generative AI project takes shape in workshops with business teams: to build the evaluation set, to arbitrate edge case responses, to ensure the tool is adopted. A team in Paris can hold these sessions in person every week, which significantly shortens the loop between prototype and actual use.
What budget should you plan for? The ranges observed in the Parisian market in 2026: a RAG prototype or a first agent for a framed use case is between 20,000 € and 60,000 €. An agent in production, integrated into the IS with evaluation and supervision, is between 60,000 € and 250,000 €. A programme that industrialises several use cases exceeds 300,000 €. Regarding daily rates, expect 600 to 1,000 € for a specialised agency or IT services company, and significantly more for a strategy consultancy. Additionally: the consumption of models, billed per use.
The filtering question: “Can you show me an agent in production, with its number of users and what it delivers in terms of gains?” An agency that only presents demonstrations has probably not yet crossed the most difficult stage.
