Clarins was launching Clarins Unlimited, a subscription service for personalised beauty boxes, to appeal to a younger and more digital clientele. Galadrim designed the entire subscription journey, focusing on conversion and retention. The marketing teams then administer the pages from a dedicated back-office.

Design the mobile application for a private sales platform

The Bradery operates one of France's largest Shopify stores and wanted to extend its private sales to mobile. Galadrim designed the iOS and Android application, from sales discovery to order tracking, then developed it on a single codebase. Mobile now accounts for the majority of their activity.

Some frequently asked questions from our clients

From a few weeks for a focused scope to a few months for a complete product. The timetable is agreed with you during framing, once the list of screens has been finalised.
We work on Figma and you receive the source files with each delivery, including the component library.
Yes. The mock-ups are delivered with their documented components, their states and their edge cases. We remain available during integration to resolve any new cases.
Yes. We apply your identity to the product and point out where it requires adaptation to remain legible on screen.
It's not a prerequisite. When it exists, we build upon its findings. When it's missing on a structuring topic, our teams can conduct it upstream of the design phase.
It is validated on a reference screen, before the production of all mock-ups. You decide on the graphic direction at the moment when correcting it requires the least rework.
It's yours. The assignment of rights for all deliverables is contractual from the outset, including source files and documentation.
