The need
- Vitaregul, a health regulatory consulting firm founded by a pharmacist, wanted to make it accessible to everyone to report an adverse effect from a medicine, cosmetic, medical device, or food supplement. Its Vigicare project aimed to guide the user, in a few minutes, from the question 'is this the product?' to the official form ready for submission to the health authority.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim designed the user journeys then developed Vigicare as a website that installs on a phone like an app: Vitaregul reaches its mobile users, in French and English, without having to develop and publish two separate applications.
- The user answers a series of questions that assess the likelihood of the product being involved, then proceeds to the official form, pre-filled with their answers and downloadable as a PDF. Subscribers can also consult the WHO's global pharmacovigilance database, and each declaration enriches Vigicare's own database.
