- To offer even more advanced support, Training-You wanted to develop a IA coach. This solution allows students to simulate interviews in real-life conditions and prepare optimally.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim developed an IA solution that allows for the simulation of 30-minute interviews. During this exercise, a virtual coach, powered by IA, asks questions that the student must answer orally.
- To personalise the experience, an initial form allows each student to define their objectives.
- With the help of a LLM, the candidates' answers are analysed in order toadapt in real-time the interview difficulty. At the end of the interview, the student receives a complete summary of their performance.
