The need
- SPIE Nucléaire operates across the entire sector, from facility construction to the maintenance of operational sites. The management of its interventions – team planning, work orders, authorisations, and dosimetry monitoring – relied on an internal application over twenty years old, which had become difficult to evolve and poorly suited to multi-profile uses. SPIE wished to replace it with a modern solution, without ever interrupting an activity that tolerates no service disruption.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim designed and developed SPIE Nucléaire's new management tool: resource planning, work orders, authorisations, dosimetry monitoring, and site supervision. Deployed on SPIE's infrastructure and integrated into its existing ecosystem, the platform took over data from the old system and transitioned incrementally, in parallel with operations, to preserve service continuity.
