The need
- The profession of orthotists and prosthetists is currently not very digitalised, which results in the loss of patient information and a significant administrative burden. Solawel's objective is to offer a solution to simplify the daily life of orthotists and prosthetists by streamlining the care pathway and alleviating the administrative load. Result: more time for care, a strengthened patient relationship, and support where everyone finds their place.
Galadrim's solution
- We worked in collaboration with orthotists and prosthetists to adapt the platform's UX-UI to their business needs. The application gives them access to a personalised dashboard to monitor their practice's performance. It centralises all essential data for monitoring your fitted patients. They can also track ongoing renewals, view the history of devices and repairs, access their consultation reports and each purchase order.
