The need
- Sintorin supports the financing of investments overseas, with over 1,000 clients and €3 billion of projects since its inception. All the group's signatures, validations, and payment authorisations pass through its director, who received them in six different tools, each with its own notifications and reminders.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim built a prototype from the first workshop, reworked it twice with the director, then developed it as is: the application was in production six sprints later.
- It gathers his requests in a single dashboard, categorised by deadline and by subsidiary, with an alert as deadlines approach: he opens one window instead of six and sees at a glance what awaits him. The application is connected to Gmail, Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Lucca, and Agicap, and summarises long documents.
