The need
- ProvenRun publishes ProvenCore, a secure operating system whose safety is mathematically proven, and launches ProvenHSM, an encryption module for hosting providers, operators, and financial institutions. Its website did not present this new product and offered no area where a prospect could create an account, consult technical documentation, open a support ticket, or request a trial environment.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim designed and developed the public website and client portal, after a design phase conducted with the marketing and product teams. They create the website pages themselves from reusable sections.
- The portal brings together technical documentation opened account by account, software downloads with consent traceability, and the request for a ProvenHSM trial environment. Tickets are logged in Odoo, the company's CRM.
