The need
- Patients en Réseau publishes Mon Réseau Cancer, where patients, informal carers, and healthcare professionals interact daily about the illness.
- The service relied on eight applications, four web and four mobile, with each update having to be replicated as many times. The two-lot tender required them to be consolidated and the entire existing database migrated.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim took charge of both lots and rebuilt the service into one web application, one mobile application, and a back-office, using components abstract enough for a new network to be duplicated without redevelopment.
- Members find a moderated news feed, messaging, video conference webinars, a geo-localised directory, and the 'Boussole' programmes. Galadrim maintains and develops the platform since its go-live.
