The need
- Ordiges publishes Lia, the software used by government bodies, local authorities, and hospitals to prepare their public procurements. Drafting a consultation requires filling in dozens of regulatory fields and classifying the purchase within a European nomenclature, even though very similar files already exist.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim built the two prediction algorithms for the Lia software. The first identifies the closest consultations and suggests the content of the fields to be used, while the second suggests the nomenclature code corresponding to the object of the contract.
- Each buyer's data remains siloed, reused files are anonymised and reformulated before being proposed, and the client chooses the template provider.
