The need
- Metal Gear is developing a stablecoin payment infrastructure for exchange operators, who are currently compelled to tie up funds in each currency to execute their international transfers. The start-up wanted to replace these large bank transfers with smaller, more frequent, and on-demand settlements, while also undertaking the refactoring of its technical foundation towards a message-driven architecture and strengthening its team.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim integrated a Tech Lead and an AI Engineer into the technical team for six months. They built bidirectional settlement pipelines between traditional and crypto currencies (deposits and transfers in both directions) and migrated existing processes and their tools to the new technical foundation that the start-up was adopting. The financial nature of the transactions demanded particular rigour in error management and observability, with regular contributions to architectural decisions and analyses conducted after each incident.
