The need
- LTY is a FINMA-authorised Swiss broker, based in Sion, managing insurance contracts for over 12,000 individuals and businesses with around fifteen employees.
- Its platform, launched at the end of 2023, was to become the firm's daily working tool: bringing together contracts subscribed with dozens of different insurers in one place, and replacing inherited internal tools.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim intervened at the beginning of 2024 with an audit of the back-end, front-end and security, before taking over the platform's development.
- The team is evolving the three client areas (grouping contracts, comparing and subscribing, reporting a claim) as well as the advisors' back-office: end-to-end business tracking, invoicing, electronic signature, and connection to Swiss insurers' systems via the Ecohub standard.
