The need
- LMAD, a B2B startup specialising in last-mile delivery via autonomous robot-vehicles, had developed initial pilot projects with EDF and Nokia.
- Before accelerating its commercial development, LMAD needed to audit its platform's architecture to identify areas for improvement regarding security, cloud management, and technical scalability.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim conducted a comprehensive audit of the existing architecture: security analysis, definition of deployment best practices, and proposal for a new architecture meeting scalability requirements.
- The mission included setting up a multi-cloud infrastructure with Git repositories (dev/staging/prod), automating deployments on AWS Lambda, and defining a secure JSON Rest API.
- The recommendations allowed LMAD to secure its platform and optimise its cloud costs while preparing the infrastructure for commercial scaling.
