The need
- Levstar is a French start-up specialising in hospitality.
- The company provides its clients with the Leev web application and mobile application, allowing them to book rooms and services, as well as to control connected objects within the hotel (door opening, etc).
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim has developed an intelligent voice assistant enabling the activation of various Leev application features via voice command.
- This assistant allows users to search for a hotel room based on specific criteria (stated orally), to book a room and make a payment (subject to confirmation), to open the room door, or to modify the room temperature.
- The assistant also answers frequently asked questions by users.
