The need
- LC EDL carries out property inventories and energy diagnoses for property owners in the Lyon region. The company wanted to extend these audits with an application where its clients could track the energy rating of their properties and directly receive quotes from tradespeople for their renovation work.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim designed the screens and then developed the application using React Native for iPhone and Android, with an administration screen enabling LC EDL to manage its users and partner tradespeople itself.
- A property owner can register their properties there, order an inventory or a diagnosis, upload their documents and track the energy rating of each dwelling. LC EDL thus extends a one-off service into ongoing monitoring and directs renovation work to its network of professionals.
