The need
- Since 2008, Lartisien has been organising its members' stays around a collection of 400 exceptional hotels. The company wanted to transfer the relationship it maintains with them from its website to mobile: to find their advisor, their stay and their bookings in an application, without affecting the tools that make it run.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim designed the user journeys and then developed the application, using React Native for iPhone and Android. It opens to display the travel status: a member currently on a stay, awaiting departure or with no planned trip does not see the same screen.
- There, they follow the progress of their stay, book and pay for their transfers, request a flight, allocate their travellers to rooms, rate their experiences and contact their advisor on WhatsApp.
