The need
- Laboratoire CCD, founded in 1964 and specialised in women's health, wanted to extend its range of food supplements with a digital service useful for its users' daily lives.
- The application combined three constraints: sufficiently reliable period and ovulation predictions, medical rigour befitting a laboratory's name, and handling of intimate data that inspires confidence.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim led the design: analysis of competitor applications, definition of personas and the scope of the first version, then an interactive prototype submitted to a panel of target users.
- The OLI by CCD application combines a cycle calendar with period and ovulation predictions, tracking of physical and psychological symptoms, supplement intake reminders programmed ten days before periods, a personal journal space, and educational content written by the laboratory's experts. Galadrim has been providing maintenance for it on both stores since then.
