The need
- La Ligue de l'Enseignement managed the affiliation of its associations and the membership of their licensees using a tool that had been in service since 2004.
- Replacing this software meant incorporating the rules of three federations that decide together, and associations that do not carry out the same activity, whether sporting, academic or cultural, into a single user journey, with complex documentation.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim designed the user journeys and then developed the interface: the multi-step affiliation form, the processing of membership applications by departmental managers, the management of roles and rights, and the automatic sending of emails related to affiliation.
- Declared data is verified directly against public registers of associations and educational institutions.
