The need
- La Carte Pass'CE provides to social committees and economic committees the benefits they redistribute to their employees: ticketing, activities, gift vouchers.
- CSEs handled these operations using Excel, of employee registrations up to accounting. La Carte Pass'CE wanted to offer them a business software combining these three aspects, with accounting rules genuinely adhered to.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim designed and then developed the platform, now in production. Each CSE manages its employees there and their beneficiaries, sells tickets and activities, and tracks its beneficiaries up to payment, including the payment schedule.
- The accounting is handled within the same tool : import of accounting entry files, bank reconciliation, bank deposits and treasury, with the controls required for account keeping - a checked entry cannot be deleted, only the last reconciliation remains modifiable.
