The need
- KineHub wanted to provide self-employed physiotherapists with a unique tool, where their daily practice requires juggling an agenda software, a video conferencing service, and separate exercise programmes. The scope to be covered in a single version was broad: patient files, video exercise library, rehabilitation programme editor, appointment booking, teleconsultation, and payment collection, all based on health data.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim led the design and then the development of the first complete version. The practitioner manages their patient files, an exercise library filterable by body region, movement, and equipment, rehabilitation programmes organised into phases and weeks, an agenda where appointment types may or may not overlap according to configurable rules, as well as their assessments and prescriptions. The patient follows their sessions guided by the videos, with a timer and load adjustment that is reported back to the physiotherapist, and can have video consultations by paying before the session, with each practitioner collecting payment directly into their Stripe account.
