The need
- Arriving at a short-term rental means finding the accommodation, entering it, understanding how everything works, and knowing what to do in the surroundings. This information circulates in a dispersed manner, via messages, PDFs, and paper booklets.
- The app had to be built from scratch, with a structuring security constraint: this content, including key locations, must only be accessible to the expected guest, and only during their stay.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim designed and developed the iOS and Android application, from the scoping workshop to publication on the app stores. The owner declares their properties with their geolocation, then uploads their videos by theme: accessing keys, getting to grips with the accommodation, enjoying the stay.
- The guest receives an invitation via SMS or email, can only register with the recipient address, and loses access to videos and host contact details at the end of their stay.
