The need
- Innovie is a major player in insurance brokerage in France, showing an annual growth of 80% and 45M€ in premiums under management.
- The objective was to optimise the affiliation journeys for employees of Innovie's client companies, by developing a tailor-made registration journey that efficiently collects data and transfers it to mutual insurance companies.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim created a tailor-made form allowing employees to be automatically offered the most suitable deal, and to automatically generate certificates, waivers, and other documents.
- We also developed a dedicated HR space to ensure the daily management of employees, as well as instant messaging.
- An API allows mutual insurance partners to retrieve employee data.
